Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics & distribution
2. Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier negotiations
3. Ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time material availability
4. Oversee inbound & outbound logistics and cost optimization
5. Collaborate closely with Production, Sales & Finance teams
6. Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
2. 7–12 years of experience in supply chain / operations within manufacturing
3. Strong exposure to procurement, planning, logistics & ERP systems
4. Hands-on, analytical, and leadership-oriented professional
